In 1999, following several unsuccessful attempts to locate the owners of the orignal shares (many of whom had long since passed away), the California Alumni Chapter, under guidence of the Association's acting board of directors, undertook a corporate reorganization which resulted in a new issuance of DUHA stock.
The current shareholders of the Delta Upsilon House Association are alumni of the California Chapter from a wide range of classes who have made substantial contributions to the fraternity through financial support and service. They meet once a year to elect the Association's board of directors (whose members also serve as officers of the California Alumni Chapter) and to advise it on important matters.
