The Bear Upsilon is DU California’s semi-annual alumni newsletter. Each semester chapter officers, alumni board members, and pledges contribute articles for the publication. Through the assistance of the chapter vice president, the newsletter relays pertinent information to our alumni regarding chapter programs, achievements, and awards. The Bear Upsilon also doubles as an invitation to our semesterly alumni banquet, often held the Thursday of Big Game Week in the fall and around Cal Day events in the spring. Most importantly however, the newsletter serves as means of recognizing financial contributions by our generous alumni donors.
