Over the summer, The DU house becomes a prime location for summer housing, providing inexpensive accommodation for world travelers and students alike who flock to Berkeley for the beautiful summers and cheap Berkeley summer classes. The house is open to all men and women interested in living in the Bay Area during the time between May 21 and August 13. Rates are extremely competitive, and most house rooms are available for rent. Recent renovations completed in the past year include the second floor bathroom and kitchen. Parking spaces are also available for a small fee.
